John Richard Phillips is an Australian artist, born in England. His work has been exhibited in Switzerland, England, Korea and Australia.
Inspired by Clarice Beckett and Lloyd Rees, John is currently creating paintings based on gestural sketches of atmospheric landscapes. You can see early samples of the series below, featuring gorgeous moments observed from Jenolan Caves Road, on the journey to Oberon.
